It makes me sick! The fact that some people think you’re weak just because you expressed what you feel! I mean come on! We all get stressed and we all get tensed but it doesn’t give anyone the right to forget about everything good i’m doing just because I said that I’m feeling stressed about it! It really kills me to know that people can’t see how strong i stayed through it all, and how much of a great job i’m doing. It freaks me out to see how they forgot about it all and focused on what i said about feeling stressed. And the funny fact is they can describe me as “the girl who gets crushed under stress”. Im truly speechless and i keep asking myself this question “ who’s really weak here ? Is it the one who was brave enough to show that no matter what we’re still human and we still get stressed and it’s not wrong to show it? Or is it the one who’s keeping it inside just to look brave and great and flawless while being the most fragile being ever?”I only have one message to deliver here today which is “ expressing your feelings isn’t something you should be ashamed about and it doesn’t mean you’re weak! Actually it never meant you’re weak, cause we all go through ups and downs sometimes this is what our life is all about , its about the ups and downs and how you face any obstacles that comes in your way, the only weak one here is the one who gave up , who surrendered to his fears and stress , who stopped climbing the mountain , who “decided” to stop trying to reach the top of the mountain of life.

Expressing your feelings doesn’t mean you’re weak
